31 Days of January

We have some fab prizes for Pals to win.

To be in with a chance of winning, you must post at least one photo a week (and because of the days of Jan - this will be five weeks) on both the Ohana Facebook group your social media platform of choice ie Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #RunPals to help encourage others to be active this January.

You must complete 31 days of activities.

Don’t worry if you’re not on those platforms, you can absolutely still take part in the 31 days of being active, just not entered in the end of month prize draw.

As prizes are secured, we’ll share them via our Facebook RunPals Ohana page. One winner will be selected for each prize available.

In support of RED January to get people moving throughout January, we want to encourage RunPals to be active for 30 minutes every day this January.

That’s 31 days of 30 minutes of exercise.

Think walking, yoga, pilates, running, cycling, swimming - all it needs to be, is a dedicated 30 minutes of activity that helps you.
