Want to train with us?

Anyone is able to join our group training sessions, however minors need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We offer free to attend group sessions, so any ability can take part. We ensure noone is left behind and everyone is supported. There’s a reason people call us the “friendliest running group on the South Coast”.

Here’s the fun Health and Safety stuff

By taking part, you are doing so entirely at your own risk. Whilst we mitigate any risks when we run together or share any potential dangers, it is up to you to determine if you are fit and healthy to join in activities. You run at your own peril. ;-)

We always try to advise on minimum kit or fitness requirements for any of our activities, but again, the onus is on you to be prepared for the conditions.

Peacehaven Steps

The Peacehaven steps are located at the “end” of Peacehaven. It’s easiest to park on Bayview Road and walk down to the cliff top path. Turn Left (east) and head along until you find the steps. We tend to meet at the top of the steps. If you are running late, no problem, look for the head torches going up and down the steps.

Peacehaven Park Sessions

We meet at the side of the Gateway Cafe in Peacehaven Big Park, where Peacehave Parkrun normally starts. The surface is a mix of road, path and grass, depending on the activity.

Saltdean Sessions

We tend to meet at the front of the Saltdean Lido, but do stay tuned to the RunPals Facebook page for latest info. You can park for FREE in the Saltdean Lido Car Park
